Running a private DNS resolver with CoreDNS, podman and Ansible on CentOS 8

Running a private DNS resolver is useful in quite a few situations, for example in a home lab or on an internal company network; basically everywhere where you want to give names to private systems. CoreDNS is a simple DNS server that can be used in such a situation - if the name rings a bell with you, it's because CoreDNS is the standard in-cluster DNS solution for Kubernetes for some time now.
